We traveled Central America and found SJDS, a charming coastal town that resonated with our love for nature, adventure and connection. The space Our exclusive 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with balcony has a magnificent view of San Juan Bay. The perfect place to enjoy your stay in San Juan del Sur. With both basketball and pickleball courts available, guests have an excellent opportunity to engage in physical activity and enjoy themselves during their stay. Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am General conditions:· A damage deposit of $300 is required. Parties are not allowed and quiet timeis strictly observed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartments. We allow pets of 10kgs or less. Guest are allowed up to 40 kilowatts of electrical usage per day
