Main Level: The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and a Keurig to make mealtimes simple. A welcoming dining area and spacious living room provide the perfect spot to relax or catch up after a day outdoors. A convenient half bathroom rounds out the main level. Bedrooms: ✔ Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom ✔ Second Bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom Outdoor Living: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the front porch, or take a short stroll to the neighborhood’s sand volleyball and pickleball courts. With downtown Ottawa just four miles away, dining, shopping, and entertainment are always within reach. Parking: Two designated parking spots are included with your stay. We live right here in the community and love sharing our favorite spots—from the best brunch mimosas to the best hiking trails. House Rules: • Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. • No parties, events, or tents • No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine) • No pets allowed to maintain cleanliness for all guests ($300 fine for non-compliance) Explore & Unwind: Your stay at Heritage Harbor puts adventure at your fingertips—boating, hobie boards, biking, and more are available right at the marina. Red, Red Wine is professionally managed by Harbor Inn Vacation Rentals, your locally owned and operated hospitality team based right here at Heritage Harbor. Other things to note No pets. Must be 21 years of age to reserve a cottage. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees Minimum Stays Saturdays require a minimum two night stay (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) Most national holidays require a three night stay.
