Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out (departure from the house) must be done no later than 11 a.m. It is possible to arrive before 3 p.m. provided that the cleaning has been carried out, please contact us for validation. ✧DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT? The booking amount is collected upon booking. If you cancel up to 5 days before check-in, this amount will be fully refunded. ✧WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE AT THE END OF THE STAY? Yes, if you wish, we can send you an invoice by email. ✧ARE PETS ALLOWED? We love animals very much but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons. IS ✧THE ACCOMMODATION FOR SMOKERS? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector). ✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT? 3 comfortable double beds will allow you to stay with 6 people. ✧ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath towels are always provided. ✧IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning fee is included in the rental price so that the apartment is delivered clean for your arrival. However, the tenant is required to return it in its normal state of use (dishes done, floor clean, etc.). A cleaning service (€25) will be charged if cleaning for more than an hour is required.
