Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 3 p.m. and checkout (departure from the house) must be done at 11 a.m. at the latest. It is possible to arrive before 15h provided that the cleaning has been carried out, please contact us for validation. ✧DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT? When booking, the amount of the reservation is collected. In case of cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date, this amount is fully refunded. ✧WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE AT THE END OF THE STAY? Yes, if you wish, we can send you an invoice by email. ✧ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED? We love pets but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons. ✧IS THE LISTING A SMOKER? Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector). ✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT? 3 comfortable double beds will allow you to stay for 6 people. ✧ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath sheets are always provided. ✧IS THE HOUSEHOLD INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning package is included in the rental price so that the apartment is delivered to you clean for your arrival. However, the tenant is required to return it in its normal state of use (dishes made, clean floor, etc.). A cleaning service (25€) will be charged if it is necessary to carry out a cleaning of more than one hour.
