In a historic house in Cavalese Alta, less than a 5-minute walk from all the offerings of the historic center, we offer a cozy, newly modernized 80 sqm attic, furnished in Alpine style and with an oil stove. It enjoys panoramic views of the Lagorai chain and the longest ski slope in Val di Fiemme. The space Attic on two levels, custom-furnished by local artisans with larch, fir and oak wood, is divided as follows: - Entrance - Open space with kitchenette - Pantry with laundry, - Master bedroom with private bathroom - Mezzanine with study area and bathroom The property includes: - A lovely and well-kept garden for exclusive use, - Covered parking space with the possibility of storing personal sports equipment such as skis during the winter season or bicycles in the summer season. The kitchenette is fully equipped: induction stove with appropriate pots and pans, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dishes for up to 6 people. The wooden dining table is typical of the mountains with a bench that hugs the oil stove. The comfortable and spacious pantry is then completed by the laundry area equipped with a washing machine and sink as well as an iron and ironing board. Next to the oil stove is the relaxation area with a sofa and 55-inch Smart TV connected to the Netflix streaming platform. The bright master bedroom with a very high ceiling and dark exposed beams is furnished with mountain-style curtains and linens, a double bed and a wardrobe. Completing the room is the large private and windowed bathroom equipped with a shower and bidet. On the second level, the bright loft opens with two Velux windows equipped with electric blackout shutters and a sensor for automatic closing in case of rain. The two single beds can be joined together. Here you will also find a convenient desk for anyone who needs a work surface. On the same level is also the second windowed bathroom, also equipped with a shower and bidet. In addition to the oil stove, the house is heated with a district heating system. The house is connected to the Wi-Fi network. Guest access Please note that the garage may be difficult to access. However, after unloading your luggage, you can park your car in a free parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
