Trace Hollow Bunkhouse

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our cozy bunkhouse is minutes from historic Leiper's Fork, 20 minutes from popular downtown Franklin, and 45 minutes from Nashville. Located next to the Natchez Trace Parkway, our bunkhouse offers something for everyone! For hikers and cyclists, the Parkway provides miles of peaceful, low traffic walking trails and riding options along this scenic route. The space Our bunkhouse is in a secure, gated property nestled in 27 lush acres of woodlands and open fields. It is attached to our barn and allows guests to visit with Shadow, our sweet horse, and other barn animals. The kitchen has an electric stovetop (no oven), microwave and toaster oven. We have a queen-size bed and large mirrored closet in the living area, and a large TV and soundbar mounted on the wall for your viewing pleasure. A Marshall bluetooth speaker is available for listening to your music of choice! There is a large screened-in porch to enjoy our beautiful days and nights, with two rocking chairs, table and four chairs for relaxation. This is a working farm, so you may see us feeding and playing with our animals! Guest access Access is through security gates at the front of the property; guests will be given the entry code prior to arrival. Guests may explore our entire property; however, for safety reasons, are not permitted to enter pastures with horses. Other things to note Internet/TV: We have gig speed internet, so guests can easily work from here and stream TV shows using our smart TV and signing in with their personal login. We currently have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Disney +, Apple TV and Sling apps available for use if you have a subscription to any of those. YouTube TV is the app we use for live TV - that will be available for you when you want to watch regular TV (no login needed). Internet is Trace Hollow; password is serenity. Linens: Worried about clean linens? Don’t be! Everything - the mattress pad, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and comforter, are all freshly laundered, just for you! EVERYTHING is thoroughly fresh and clean. Pets: We welcome your well-behaved dog(s). Our expectation is that, if you are bringing a dog, you will ensure that your pup is not left alone or is in a crate when you are not there (we have a crate you may borrow, just let us know). Some pups are well-traveled and okay by themselves, uncrated. Please protect our Bunkhouse by knowing what is right for your fur baby. We do not allow cats — we love them, but not as guests. 🙂
