Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Manicured back yard with fire pit and BBQ. Unwind after a day at the beach, Sea World, golfing, surfing or any of the many features of this great community. The space Point Loma is a peninsula with sandy beaches, surf and Sunset Cliffs on one side and the beautiful San Diego Bay on the other side. This home is conveniently located between it all so you are close to many beaches and great restaurants. The space can't be beat for families wanting to unwind outside after a long day at Sea World or the Zoo. You'll find a beautiful landscaped yard and big BBQ Guest access Backyard with firepit seating and dining areas are available. BBQ. We provide some propane but if you need more the tanks are refillable close-by and you are responsible for getting more than the bottles we provide if doing an extended stay. Other things to note We allow pets but ONLY with notification and discussion about breed. Pet must be approved and pet fee must be paid in order to accommodate extra cleaning needed. Do not book until you have this discussion with us. We do have a noise curfew outside at 10pm. Please keep that in mind when booking as this is a residential neighborhood and we must comply in order to keep neighbors happy. We will need you to finish your BBQ and outdoor time by 10 pm. Do NOT book for anyone other than yourself and your guests. Booking person must be in the tenancy and overnighting as sometimes we need to be able to contact the guest.
