Beaches, Table Mountain, UCT and CT Airport 10mins away. 2nd room opt. for friends or family visiting. The space The house being more than a 100 years old offers much character and history. The Rondebosch common is about 100m up the road where families and many other neighbors go for daily walks and exercise. There is another very successful airbnb cottage on the property, which normally hosts up to 2 guests for long periods of time. They have their own parking and privacy to the street side of the house. Guest access You will be able to use most of the house freely as you need, apart from the linen and other guest rooms. Parking tandem behind secure electric gates. During your stay Please note that I may not always be present during your stay. However, it is important to me that every guest feels welcome and comfortable, and I am always just a phone call or message away. Other things to note There is a second smaller room that may be booked in the house which would result in sharing a bathroom.
