The apartment is located in the historical part of Tbilisi named Ortachala in a new building. The location of the apartment is near multiple stores, public transport and near the sulfur baths of Tbilisi that are in just 10 minutes walking distance. My guests will found out in the apartment hair dryer, washing machine, free WiFi, laundry machine and a sim card and public transport cards. There is everything for your needs and also extra services like tours all over Georgia, property managment . The space The 92 square meters apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with all amenities ( linens, towels, shampoo, Iron, fan etc...). The space is enough for 6 persons. There is 2 bedrooms : one with 2 single bed that can be brought together and second with king-size double bed and living room with kitchen corner. In the living room there is sofa bad (open size is 140X200).There is also balcony with open view to the city. Apartment is sunny and warm. For heating there is central heating system.
