Charming contemporary villa with no one opposite, with swimming pool, in a secure residence, with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. It can accommodate up to 6 people. 9 kilometers from the city center (about 20 minutes by car), on the road to Ouarzazate, take advantage of our concierge service to organize your entire stay. The space The villa is located in a quiet, family-friendly, and secure residence with caretaker + 24-hour surveillance camera. The subdivision is 20 minutes from downtown and close to the Oberoi Hotel and the American School of Marrakech. The villa is composed of: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - A large living room - A fully equipped open kitchen - A heated swimming pool not overlooked - A garden with outdoor games (trampoline, badminton, soccer goals) - A private parking space High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. You have the option to hire a cook for the day (price on request), groceries remain your responsibility. The accommodation is a 30-35 minute drive from the airport (approx. 18 km), you can book an "Airport > Villa" transfer with one of our private drivers (extra charge) or rent a rental car (price on request). Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed in the villa. Guest access Guests can fully enjoy the heated pool (28/29 degrees maximum, not heated during the summer period), garden and the various equipment at your disposal (football, trampoline, badminton). Other things to note Included in the price of your stay: - Concierge service (booking your activities, restaurants etc.) - Cleaning of the checkout Not included in the price of your stay: - Cleaning (extra including change of sheets, towels and full cleaning of the villa) - Chef services When you arrive, we provide you with toilet paper in each toilet. It's only renewed when you request a cleaning. The reception of outsiders not provided for in the reservation, is not allowed in the villa. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. No pets are allowed. For safety and liability purposes, only the staff made available by our agency are allowed to access the villas. Guests are not entitled to involve their own staff (cleaning, kitchen...) during their stay. Our homes are regularly maintained by our staff to ensure optimal service (pool & garden). The times of passage will be communicated to you in advance and adjusted according to your convenience. No intervention is done without prior approval. Use of drone The use of drones is strictly prohibited within the property, for safety and privacy reasons. Check-out and late fees Check-out must be respected at the agreed time. In case of delay, the following fees will be applied: €30 per hour of delay Beyond 4 hours late, a full night will be charged
