Charming little fisherman's house perfect for lovers of tranquility and lovers of the sea, a stone's throw from the beach. Located in the heart of the Saint Vincent district, this small, freshly renovated house is full of charm. The space Comfortable and welcoming accommodation with two bedrooms upstairs, a kitchenette in the living room, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The living room is comfortably furnished with a soft 2-seater sofa. The kitchen area is integrated into the living room, offering a configuration to prepare the meal while staying in contact with your loved ones. You will find all the necessary equipment such as a fridge with freezer section, a stove, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. A washing machine, a dryer, an iron and a hair dryer are at your disposal. Towels are provided. Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms. A bedroom with a 140x200 bed (house linen + quality mattress (Tediber) as well as an office space. A bedroom with two single beds of 80x200. It is possible to unfold one of these two beds to obtain a 160x200 bed. Sheets are provided. To enjoy the outdoors, you can go to the terrace equipped with a table, two chairs and a bench. We will let at your disposal a booklet with our personal recommendations for local restaurants, cafes, shops,... If a baby is present, please inform us when booking so that we can prepare the accommodation accordingly: cot, high chair, bath, changing mat.
