Travel to Surf City in 20 minutes, Topsail beach in 30 minutes and to Wrightsville Beach in 30 minutes. Five minutes from golf at Olde Point Country Club or 8-10 minutes to Castle Bay course. You can watch the boats go by on the ICWW or take a short kayak/paddleboard over to Topsail. Perfect spot for getaways. The space Open studio with one full bathroom. Kitchenette area has a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and island for eating. Keurig and coffee pods provided. Towels and linens provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper provided. Guest access There is a gravel parking pad in front of the house where you should park your vehicle. Other things to note There will be a door code for access to the studio that will be specific to your dates of stay.
