It's all about the little details when checking out the London Lofts! This studio apartment is centrally located right in the middle of Downtown Johnson City. This home features a basic gym, an elevator, shared common laundry room, indoor bike storage, an additional single memory-foam folding bed, and mountain views! There are several free parking lots around this home, and there is even a space to allow guests to unload close to the door and get checked in / unloaded before parking! The space This home is inside of a, fully renovated, 100 year old building in the heart of Downtown Johnson City. This building has been tastfully restored with a rustic look using the same wood that was located inside the building before the renovation. Guests are welcome and incouraged to explore the Building and all of the little details that come with it! The home itself is a large studio style apartment with large windows facing downtown JC and Buffalo Mountain. You can even see some of the new art features Johnson City has incorporated over the last few years right from inside the room! Guest access Guests are able to access all of the same common space as all of our Long Term tenents including a compact gym featuring some basics, common Laundry room that has 3 sets of washers / dryers, indoor bike storage space, some common sitting room under the buildings skylight, and an elevator. Other things to note This home is actually ADA compliant with the correct kitchen sink / bathtub for anybody in a wheelchair. We do have an elevator for any guests needing any special entryway. If that is the case, please contact the host so he can give you special instructions. This home is located in the middle of downtown Johnson City. It is also close to an active railroad track that runs through downtown several times throughout different times of the day. That means there is a potential for exterior noise throughout the entire day!
