Only maximum 2 guest allowed. 2) Cooking NOT ALLOWED but there is a microwave oven for simple heat-up meals 3) Events and party NOT ALLOWED 4) Cleaning fees is applied to clean the unit upon check-out 5) No shoes in the apartment 6) Loss of excess card, chargable at RM100 per piece 7) Loss of remote controllers (aircon x3; fan x2; tv x1; tvbox x1), chargable at RM100 per unit 8) Check-out is at 11am, late check-out chargable at RM50 per hour
