Relax and enjoy this peaceful getaway in Jamesville, NY. A short drive from downtown, this house has everything you need to live, work or get settled in Central New York. With four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the house is suitable for a large family. (And the Jamesville-Dewitt school district is considered one of the best local school districts.) The house sits on a 9-acre property that also includes an attached apartment, a second house (which we also list on Airbnb), and tons of trees and deer. The space This a large, bright house, with four bedrooms, three baths, a very large deck, and a good-sized back yard with some play things for small kids. The kitchen is well-stocked, in terms of equipment, and we also provide coffee, tea, drinks and snacks for guest enjoyment. Guest access Guests let themselves in using the electronic keypad. Other things to note Even though this house is in the center of the town of Jamesville, and just 12 minutes from downtown Syracuse, it is on a hill, and is surrounded by woods. You are out in nature! You can encounter deer, turkey, woodchucks, etc., when going and coming from the house. The long, crushed stone driveway that leads up the hill to the house is a a horseshoe; you can go in one entrance and either come down the same way, or go down the back stretch, which will leave you a couple hundred feet up the road from where you entered (you come out by the fire department). There is an "inlaw" apartment attached to the house, which has its own listing on Airbnb. It has its own entrance, its own heat and AC, wifi, etc. So apart from running into other guests on the grounds, it is unlikely you'll be aware that there is a connected apartment. Trash should be brought out to the wooden enclosure at the end of the driveway that is near the fire department.
