Punta a Mare: Villa in Cefalù

This typical Mediterranean villa is perched on a small isolated promontory overlooking the beach. You have the feeling, inside a cozy and modern house, of being on a boat anchored in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, two nautical miles from the mythical fortress that overlooks the village of Cefalù. The space The house is surrounded by greenery and has three terraces with a 180° sea view, comfortably connected to each other and to the villa, for a total extension of at least 300 square meters and a sea front of about 60 meters. The first terrace, at the level of the main body of the villa, is furnished with a dining table for 6 people, sails to shelter from the sun, deck chairs, armchairs and walls that also serve as seats. The second terrace is located on a lower level in front of the annex, where you can enjoy the view in complete relaxation in the shade of a pine tree or an old olive tree. The last terrace is located just before one of the comfortable descents to the sea available to guests, and can serve as a solarium or simply as a passage to go down to the beach. The main body of the house has a large living room, with a TV, a sofa bed with a square and a half, a table, chairs and armchairs. This living room has three openings on one of the terraces, in addition to the entrance door, so it is very airy and cool. From the living room you can access a hallway, and from here to a bedroom with two single beds, each of which, if necessary, can be transformed into a double bed (for a total of 4 beds), a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Also from the hallway you can access another double bedroom, with an attached bathroom; in both of these rooms the windows have a sea view. The main body is very bright: 12 openings to the outside, of which five are doors and French windows. From the living room you can also access the kitchen where there is a wooden staircase that leads to the floor below where there is another complete kitchen, a double room that can be rented free of charge on request for the service staff, a service with shower, and a laundry room. With access from the outside there is another housing unit, also very bright, which has a sea view room with a sofa bed in a square and a half, a double bedroom also with a sea view, as well as a bathroom with shower, also accessible from the outside for greater comfort of the guests. This housing unit has 5 openings to the outside. At the disposal of the villa there are two comfortable descents to the sea for exclusive use, close to the terraces to reach the beaches below; along one of the descents to the sea there is a shower right next to the beach. A small terrace has been created on the beach. For those who want an entrance to the sea of only sand, 50 meters from the villa there is the large fine sand beach of Settefrati, accessible from a private gate, adjacent to the private parking lot of the house, reserved for no more than five villas in the area. This villa can be rented together with the "Coda di Volpe" villa, located next to "Punta a Mare", for a total of 19 beds, therefore ideal for large groups or extended families. Other things to note From the house there are two exclusive private entrances to the small beach below of "Coda di Volpe": a few steps, a very short path of no more than twenty meters, and then on one side the fine sand beach and on the other flat rocks with easy access to the sea. Along one of the two paths that lead to the sea there is a wooden house with beach equipment available to guests and, right next to the beach, there is a freshwater shower. Walking easily along the coast, you reach the long and deep free beach of fine sand of "Settefrati". This beach can also be reached through a small road 50 meters from the villa, adjacent to the private parking lot of the house, reserved for the few villas in the area.
