This spacious riverfront home is the perfect place to relax, and have fun with family & friends. With our river access you can spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or just relaxing while enjoying the amazing views of the river. Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. If you like a clean well stocked home, that has something for everyone, this is your place! Lundy River House #2 sleeps 10 total (8 adults comfortably) 1 king, 3 queens, 2 futon couches & a pack n play. It offers Spectacular views with riverfront access right out your front door. For your enjoyment by the river we provide beach towels, chairs, kayaks, and paddle boards. There is a gravel trail that leads to the river in front of the home. The river levels rise in the spring and drop when they close the dam around July 1st. River activities are enjoyed from July - late September. In our fenced in patio area you will find comfortable shaded seating, gas fire pit, T.V. , BBQ, dining area, and a grassy section with seating to enjoy the sun. Our large fire pit area has 2 swings, bench swing, fire pit with chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs and 2 sunning lounge chairs. This spot has amazing views and is a great place to relax in the sun or play corn hole. You will frequently see bald eagles, deer and river otters while relaxing on the patio. We provide 4 adult bikes and 1 child bike for you to hit the paved Centennial Trail that is directly behind our home. After a short flat ride you will find parks, restaurants, bars and a brewery only 1.5 miles from our home. We also have Golf courses, Frisbee golf and hiking all close by our home . Swimming is accessible July - end of September. Lundy River House #1 is next door - it's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. You even get to sit back and enjoy the views of the river from the living room. You can relax on the couch and watch T.V. on our 75” screen. We have board games, books and movies for our guests to enjoy. Once it’s time for dinner you will find everything you need to cook a nice dinner in our well equipped large kitchen. Bedroom 1 - The Master bedroom has a King size bed with views of the river, sitting area with pull out couch bed (best for child/ teenager) , smart T.V. and desk area if you need to catch up on work. Master bathroom has a tub shower. Bedroom 2 - Provides a Queen size bed Bed 3 - Provides a Queen size bed and smart T.V. Lundy River House is dog friendly. We do allow 2 well behaved dogs. No other animals, sorry. We provide 1 dog bed, 1 water & 2 food bowls, 1 large kennels, doggy towel, doggy furniture and bedding covers for those dogs that just won't stay off the furniture, doggy pick up bags and of course a special treat for your furry friends. We have great restaurants, bars, breweries, distillery, festivals, concerts, markets and so many options for the outdoor enthusiast. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced patio area. The patio & fire pit area is facing the river and the Post Falls 500 acre Community forest that is directly across from the river. Post Falls Forest has a 20 mile loop trail system connecting three trail heads. The trails twist and turn through ravines, up and down the hillside, and along nearly 2 miles of the Spokane river. Choose an easy or challenging path; there are routes for all ages. This park also offers mountain biking and Rock climbing. Also just down the road is Corbin park where they offer a full 18 hole frisbee golf course, picnic tables and fire pits. You can also get there by grabbing your tube and starting your float directly in front of the house. This family friendly relaxing float takes anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hours . Stop along the way to cliff jump and take in the scenery. Please be advised to wear life jackets and swim at your own risk. Note - The river is not useable until they close the dam and the water level drops, Usually 1st of July but can vary. Check-In Time is 4:00 pm (PST) – - You will receive your arrival information 2 days before your scheduled arrival date. - Door codes will be sent at 1:00 day of your arrival. - Early check-in may be granted only if your arrival is not immediately following a same day check out, and is approved 2 days before hand. - If you would like an early check in, please contact us two days before your arrival Check-Out Time is 11:00 am (PST); - A $50 fee for every 15 minutes past departure time will be assessed for guests who have not vacated the premises at the approved departure time. - Late check out may be granted only if your departure is not immediately followed by a same day check in. - If you would like a late check-out please contact us 2 days before checkout. No smoking of any kind, vaping or drug use allowed in the home at any time, - Evidence will cause immediate termination of the agreement, and guests must move out immediately at the guests sole expense. Pets - Only 2 well behaved DOGS allowed. Sorry no other animals. All dogs need to stay on property and supervised at all times by owners. Dog's are not allowed on neighbors property. No wet dogs allowed in the home. Please try to keep dogs off all furniture and bedding. If your furry friend can't resist, please cover all furniture with the dog blankets provided. At check out it is your responsibility to clean up all dog hair and dog waste. If extra cleaning time is spent removing dog hair or waste extra charges will be applied. Fencing - Please do not allow anyone to climb or step on outdoor wire fence. It is not designed for climbing Septic Tank Do NOT flush anything other than waste and toilet paper. Even flushable wipes and feminine products will clog the pump. River access- Please remove all garbage, chairs, water toys, etc. when done. Please do not leave anything outside overnight that could possibly blow into the river.
