The space The large kitchen is designed for cooking a great meal while still enjoying your get away. In each room there are two large queen size beds, dressers, a large flat screen TV, large walk in closets. The living area has comfortable furniture, a dining area and another large flat screen TV. The large balcony is ideal for relaxing as a group and watching the sun go down. There are boat rentals next door. Guest access - Rentals next door: Island Marine Rentals where you can rent a boat, kayak, bicycle, scooter or paddle board. - Parking - Outside Grill *Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non-refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; Pet is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, or the beach. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner. House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. 2. No parties or events. 3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Parking: This unit provides 2 parking spaces.
