Our story starts in 1920 when the Italian architect who created this magnificent building managed to amplify its charm through the unique details designed. Later on, it became the residence of the Belgian ambassador up until now when we realized that more people need to feel the La Belle Époque air of Bucharest to fully understand its history. The space At the beginning of 2023 we finished the renovations of Villa Maria, the only one available for rental in this gorgeous neighborhood. In line with the architectural details, we have managed to combine the lush touch with the warmth of the word home. We have a beautiful space in a protected area from Bucharest that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, and it comes with 5 bedrooms, 2 relaxation spaces with extendable sofas, 3 bathrooms, 3 fully-equipped kitchens and 5 dining spaces. Being so meticulously divided, it is the perfect place to spend beautiful moments with your closest friends but also, why not, to host the entire department from work (each room benefiting from an office where you can work quietly). Other things to note In order to make sure that our clients feels secure, we have the exterior of the villa under video surveillance. The smoking is permitted in our special displayed areas.
