A newly converted Brick Barn with huge kitchen diner, games area and living room perfect for big group get togethers. One set of stairs leads to 3 bedrooms, one which is ensuite and a bathroom, the other leads to two bedrooms, one which is ensuite and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate utility room with toilet. The Maltings has its own fenced secure garden, with large patio area in ground trampoline, and is only a short walk to sandy Walcott beach. Guest access Walcott boasts a lovely huge and sandy beach with easy access and fantastic amenities e.g local shop, fish and chips, ice cream parlour, 2 pubs and a cafe. The beach is a short stroll across footpaths and country lanes via the family and dog friendly ‘Lighthouse Inn’ pub. (250yds off road walk along a footpath) There are wonderful countryside walks all around this area, and you are only short drive to the Norfolk Broads to enjoy a day exploring on boats /kayaks / paddle boards / canoes The barns are perfectly situated for fabulous access to North Norfolk popular locations as well as the lovely city of Norwich, well known throughout the country as 'a fine city' boasting lots of historic locations which are often set to historical films
