We offer two private bedrooms, a private bathroom and private toilet in our ideally located house. A tram stop is located at the end of our street (150 m) serving the city center (5 minutes), the train station (15 minutes) and the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit (30 minutes). We will be present in the house during your stay. Please note that there is a cat. We provide bedding and towels. No private parking but street parking is free. The space We are next to a pleasant park and local shops are a few minutes' walk from the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the 1st floor and the possibility to use the refrigerator if needed as well as the garden to get some air. Other things to note Possibility to have breakfast (pastries, pancakes, hot drinks, fruit juice, etc.) for €10 per person.
