You will be required to register the guests' identity documents (as per current regulations) and sign the rental contract to ensure the regularity of the relationship. Visitor's tax is included in the rental fee. If you stay longer than 7 nights, in addition to a 21% discount on the sojourn fee, you will also be offered a cleaning fee and the cost of setting up the dwelling for subsequent guests.
