Kr Nibissare - Villa with pool beach residence

Comfortable and very calm villa with a spacious pool 300 yards away from the shoreline of Kabrousse/Cap Skirring sitting in the peaceful guarded community of La Palmeraie. You have the ocean, a resort pool, 24h guarded security, and a place to have breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner on the beach right next door. We only use quality linens for our 3 beds. The space -KËR NIBISSAWE is a non smoking property - It's strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house. -Quiet Air Conditioning in all rooms. -The house has a single main bedroom with a queen bed and 2 couches / bed separated in the living room -The living room is equipped with two lounging couches which serve as comfy beds at night with all beddings inside their individual baskets. -The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a stove with gas cooktops, and an electric coffee machine. -The bathroom, toilet, and laundry room are only accessible via the bedroom. -There is a keyed safe available which can use as you wish. Please leave the key inside upon leaving the house at the end of your stay. -Towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and dish soap are provided. Guest access A lock box is attached to the kitchen window alongside the side wall of the house - A code to open it will be send to you before your arrival so you can have access to the key of the house. Upon departure at the end of your stay it's important to make sure you put the key back into the lock box and close it (you will need to shuffle the 4 digits once its locked). Other things to note It's important to note access to the bathroom and laundry space is only available through the bedroom door.
