Built in the 1945, and remodeled in 2019. This family friendly home offers new appliances, granite counters, WiFi, Roku and more! Convenient to wineries, shopping, golf and more this comfortable home awaits after a long day exploring Tryon and the surrounding area The space This charming home offers a spacious great room with lots of seating to take in a show or local weather on Roku, or stream a movie over NetFlix. Step into the screened-in side porch to take in the local flowers & wildlife or have a seat on the deck and relax while watching the sun set over the Blue Ridge mountains. The home is equipped with a newly replaced central heating and air conditioning system (2024), hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, granite countertops, new appliances, and custom cabinets. Enjoy generous closet space with plenty of outlets in each room to keep your devices charged. The fully equipped kitchen offers brand-new state-of-the-art appliances including a multifunction coffee maker that takes your favorite pods, or make a whole pot. The generous dining area is perfect for a leisurely meal, or getting a little work done during your stay. The two bathrooms provide plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the day and a hidden washer and dryer to help you be prepared for anything. Each bedroom comes fully furnished with black-out curtains, alarm clocks, ceiling fans, generous lighting, and USB charging ports for your tech gear. The larger bedrooms in the front and back of the home each have generous queen beds with new furnishings, bedding, and plenty of fluffy pillows. The huge closets offer plenty of shelving & hanging space. Additionally, each room has a generous dresser with a mirror. The middle room offers a spacious full-size bed, with a matching dresser & mirror as well as a large closet. This home has hardwood flooring and tile throughout, making it easily transition to a pet-friendly home. We do require pets to be supervised both in-home and outside the home. The property is not fenced, and using a leash is strongly encouraged when your pet is outside the home. We believe in being fully transparent about what you are paying for: The "Community Fee" is the Spartanburg county hospitality fee not collected by Airbnb. This keeps us from having to bill you separately through the Airbnb Resource Center after you book your reservation. Housekeeping fees include everything. Our only request is that no food trash is left out in the open. Otherwise just pack up and head out at your leisure. No need to strip beds or tidy up. Pet Fee: Pets are family and are invited to snuggle with their owners on all furniture. As such, this requires an extra cleaning for the next guest to accommodate shedding and pet debris.i Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and surrounding acreage. Detached garage is a new addition and doesn’t come with reservation. Other things to note The acre or so lawn around the cottage is mowed bi-weekly, depending on the weather. In general, it is mowed every other Saturday, about mid-morning. Please let us know if this interferes with your stay, we are happy to reschedule the mower. The rest of the 11 acres is currently being rehabilitated into a hay field and, mowed 3 times per year. This is usually scheduled when the home is not in use. The screen porch is located on the East side of the house, which is surrounded by trees and road frontage. You may experience some light pollen or mild dust, despite how often we clean it. Rest assured that the area has been cleaned, sanitized, and wiped free of debris on the day of your arrival.
