Nice little townhouse of 28 m2 with all the comforts of a large one. Ideally located in the village of a Norman village, 10 minutes by train from ROUEN, 1 hour from Etretat and Dieppe. Easy and free parking nearby but not private. 50 m away you will find a nice park for your children and pets, but also restaurants, shops, a theater and a swimming pool. Everything is in the immediate vicinity. The staircase is steep, be careful with PRM and young children. The space The 15 m2 ground floor includes a kitchen and living room. Upstairs with an identical surface area is a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with toilet.
