The quiet and unoverlooked environment will allow you to recharge your batteries in the heart of a region rich in tourist sites (caves, troglodyte villages, castles etc.) The Dordogne River is less than 15 minutes from the house for swimming and canoeing The space Our cottage is completely refurbished and consists of a beautiful living room open to a terrace with an electric blind, a large outdoor table for family lunches, a beautiful kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a hallway serving 3 bedrooms each with a double bed of 140 cm, one with its bathroom, one with an extra bed (sofa bed with real mattress, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult), one with outdoor access, a master bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and a veranda converted into a relaxation room with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Guest access Only the basement of the house will not be accessible to guests Other things to note ‼ ️ We invite you to read carefully to the end before booking ‼️ Our place is great for 8 people including at least 2 children or 7 adults. 📝 We ask that you please share with us, prior to booking, the last name, first name, and age of all participants 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 Our cottage can only be rented on the condition of payment of a deposit of 500 euros, sent at least 7 days before the actual arrival, either by bank transfer or by check withdrawn and cashed ⚠️ This same deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure by the same means, provided that there has been no damage, breakage, deterioration or accommodation rendered in an abnormally* dirty state (* if the cleaning option has been chosen and paid for) We offer several additional options that must be specified before booking. Payment is made by bank transfer or check under the same conditions as the payment of the security deposit. • Cleaning ✅ option: 70 euros Check requested upon check-in (but not cashed unless cleaning option chosen) and will be returned at the end of the stay if the house is returned cleaned and in the same clean condition as on arrival. Cleaning means cleaning the bathrooms (surfaces, shower walls, bathtub, floors, mirrors), kitchen (stove, countertop, credenza, floors, fridge, sink) bedrooms, living room and veranda vacuumed and floors washed, cleaning outdoor garden furniture table. Choosing and paying for this option does not exempt the tenant from returning the accommodation in a normal state of use, emptying the dishwasher, removing the sheets from the beds and taking the garbage to the village container, promoting sorting♻️. If a general condition with so-called abnormal soiling is found (on the walls or surfaces, mattress or sofa, etc.), the cleaning check will of course be cashed, but an amount for the restoration of the property may also be deducted from the deposit paid or any other means deemed useful after confirmation by a professional and an estimate for restoration or replacement. • ✅ Linen option: 20 euros per bed for 2 people for any stay of 7 days. Offered for any stay of 7 days or more... ‼️ Finally, please note that we have two adorable dogs 🐕 🐶 named Polka and Looping who are semi-free on the property and who can come and visit you. We ask that you not feed them or even bring them into the cottage. However, they will gladly accept caresses and hugs from the little ones but also from the older ones, if you wish.
