We offer a warm and cozy retreat in Bella Vista, ideal for families looking to relax and reconnect with nature. Here you will find peace, comfort and the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture. This space has a lot of love for details and is really fully equipped to spend a beautiful stay. In addition, the land is shared with my aunt and uncle who live at the back, which makes the stay even safer since you will never really be alone. The space It is a very warm house, full of rich aromas that welcome you upon entering. It has large environments and is close to the center of Bella Vista. It is ideal for those who need to do home office or share family time. The same is developed in one floor that has: • 1 Living room with gas home dining room, spacious Sofa, Smart TV with access to Disney + and Star +, air conditioning, hot/hot air conditioning, table for 4 people. • 1 Kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils very well equipped as for 4 people. Electric toaster, Microwave, Electric Pava, stove and gas oven. • 1 Integrated laundry room with automatic washing machine, storage space and basic cleaning utensils. • 1 Bathroom with shower and electric windfall. • 1 Master bedroom with spacious wardrobe, king bed, smart TV with access to Disney + and Star +, air conditioning/heat, front park view. • 1 Secondary room with spacious closet, and two twin beds. Walker Tape and Desk with Study Chair. In this room there are also recreation books, board games, and equipment for yoga and meditation activities. LINEN and TOWEL set are provisioned. PATIO Y GRRILLA: There is a backyard that has a round table and outdoor chairs with pergola and roofed gallery at the entrance. Important: There is also a swimming pool but its use is not allowed and is open (no bars). The front patio has non-covered and enclosed space for a car that stays inside the property. BBQ GRILL: There is a large grill that can be used by coordinating beforehand. SHARED SPACES: In the lot there are two independent houses with each other that share garden and entrance to the street. They will always be accompanied by good people who are my family. STAYS OVER 7 NIGHTS: For long stays, cleaning service is provided for an additional value, check. PETS: On the grounds of the house is our two year old dog. We do not accept pets. YOU VISIT: Visitors from people who are not part of the reservation are not allowed. LOCATION: The Harmony House is located 6 minutes away from the Buen Aire and 15’ from the West Access. It is half a block from the supermarket and 5 blocks from the aerobic corridor. CHILDREN 'S MATTRESS, RUBBER CARPET and CHILDREN 'S EATING CHAIR Available upon request when booking more than 48 hours in advance. It will be a pleasure for me to welcome you! Guest access The guest has the front house and the uncovered indoor parking available. The shared spaces are those of the outside patio. There is also the option of using the grill by requesting it with advance notice. Other things to note For stays longer than 30 nights, the price includes 4 hours of cleaning once a week.
