The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 14 people, with 4 fully equipped rooms (TV, bathroom, air conditioning and heat pump), 3 living rooms, in an area of 200 m² which is divided into: Ground floor: 50 m2 with a large hall, with sofa, bike rack, fireplace and in the background is the Mazo room, with bathroom, double bed 160x200 and a high single bed 90x200 bunk bed. 1st floor: 50 m2, there are the 2 rooms separated by the access of the stairs, located in the northwest the Serrucho room with a bathroom, 1 double bed 160x200 and a high single bed 90x200 bunk bed. In the southeast next to the street facade is the bunk room with two triple bunks with 90x200 beds. 2nd floor: 50 m2, we find the open kitchen with the living-dining room. Located in the northwest is the bathroom equipped with a washing machine, continuing to the southeast, the fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, enough kitchenware for 14 services and typical ceramic dishes of the area) and the living room with 60-inch plasma TV, where there is a large window overlooking the countryside and the sea in the background. Going up through the kitchen area we access the 3rd and last floor: where the suite is located, with a 200x200 bed, open bathroom with bathtub for 2 people, fireplace, living room and terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea. Other things to note This accommodation requires a security deposit of €200 to be paid at check-in and returned at check-out.
