The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 14 people, with 4 fully equipped rooms (TV, bathroom, air conditioning and heat pump), 3 living rooms, on an area of 200 m² of which it is divided into: Ground floor: of 50 m2 with a large hall, with sofa, hang bikes, fireplace and in the background the room of the Mazo is located, with bathroom, double bed 160x200 and a single bed of 90x200 type bunk bed. 1st floor: of 50 m2 are the 2 bedrooms separated by the access of the stairs, located in the northwest the room of the Serrucho with a bathroom, 1 double bed 160x200 and a single bed of 90x200 type bunk bed. In the southeast next to the street facade is located the bunk room with two triple bunk beds with 90x200 beds. 2nd floor: of 50 m2 we find the open kitchen with the living room. Located in the northwest is the bathroom equipped with a washing machine, continuing towards the southeast, the fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware sufficient for 14 services and typical ceramic tableware of the area) and the living room with a 60-inch plasma TV, where there is a large window with views of the countryside and the sea in the background. Going up through the kitchen area, we access the 3rd and top floor: where the suite is located, with a 200x200 bed, an open bathroom with a bathtub for 2 people, a fireplace, a living room and a terrace with views of the countryside and the sea. Pets are welcome; advance notice is required, and a small surcharge of approximately €10 per day is applied, depending on the pet's size and breed. Guest access The pool shown in the listing is the municipal pool that opens during the summer season. Next to the house, we have a BBQ area, a bike garage, and a small gym that will be opened upon request. Other things to note This accommodation requires a security deposit of €200 to be paid at check-in and returned at check-out.
