Cosy and comfortable 1 bedroom studio is conveniently located just 7kms or 10 minutes from the Launceston airport. Nestled at the rear of a period home in the delightful old township of Perth, Tasmania. This accommodation provides all the creature comforts required for a restful one night stay or a couple of days. This studio comes complete with a sitting area with TV and a queen size bed and separate modern ensuite, makings for a light breakfast of toast & cereal is included. The space The studio comes complete with a sitting area with TV and a queen size bed and separate modern ensuite and a small kitchenette to prepare yourself a light breakfast of toast and cereal (ingredients included). For your convenience the hosts have provided a basket of snack items and cold drinks. These may be purchased through an honesty box system and are restocked daily pricelist on front of basket. There is an outdoor round table and four comfortable padded chairs for your use. For longer stays there is an electric bbq included within the outdoor area. Guests also have access to the lovely cottage gardens that surround the studio. Guest access The studio is seperate from our house, Guests are encouraged to drive down the driveway and park in front of the garage. To your right you will see a pair of French doors which are the entrance to the studio. Guests are also welcome to walk around the cottage gardens that surround two sides of the studio and sit on the park bench and alternate seating areas in the garden. Other things to note We have two small dogs that are separated in our big backyard from guests and an inquisitive friendly ginger cat that will want to greet you in the driveway. Five gorgeous chooks roam our yard (not yours) and make a delightful clucking sound when preparing to lay. For your continued enjoyment at our studio we have a range of push bikes available for guests to use. We offer this amenity free of charge to be used at guests own risk. Helmets are provided and must be worn by law. There are multiple bike paths around Perth as well as along the river. Maps available through internet search Bike paths of Perth Tasmania. We also live across the road from a park with public toilets, play equipment and public bbq facilities We live close to a railway crossing that allows for freight to be transported across the state, and you maybe lucky enough to hear it go through in the early hours of the morning.
