This is an ideal solution for a couple with a youthful spirit even with a child of at least 8 years. The house is located on the first floor and has an independent entrance to guarantee maximum privacy. As you can see in the photos there are 23 STEPS to reach the apartment. Also to go up to the double bedroom there is a wooden STAIRCASE which is slightly steep. A small sacrifice to enjoy a particular, romantic and unique accommodation. Guest access ACCESS TO THE HOUSE by means of a key-box for SELF CHECK-IN. Upon arrival, guests will find THE HOUSE (all surfaces) cleaned with ANTISAPRIL or equivalent. Other things to note The house is equipped with air conditioning . We ask only the courtesy for the respect of the environment not to use the air conditioning with the windows open or when you leave the house during the day. During the day it is possible to park for a fee on the promenade . Nearby there are also 2 large free car parks at the entrance of the village, just 150m from the house. REALLY IMPORTANT: Marciana carries out the separate and door-to-door collection of waste. In the house you will find the dedicated bins and inside the door of the broom holder the instructions with how to collect it. DO NOT LEAVE waste inside the apartment at the end of your journey. In the town there are several bins for separate waste collection as well as bins for small quantities, At the end of the town, close to the "Elba Diving Center" (in Viale Aldo Moro), you will find the municipal waste center. In case of any violation of the no smoking, no animals and waste rules, I will apply the corresponding fees.
