Our charming listing is perfectly located near all your heart's desires in Puerto Rico. Not only will you enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from breathtaking beaches and the historic charm of Old San Juan, but you'll also find yourself surrounded by a delectable array of restaurants offering mouthwatering cuisine. Our beautiful house are centrally located in the heart of the Condado tourism. The space Casa Corazón is Wabi Sabi designed with its own Stylish, curated mid century-vintage pieces outfit every suite and outdoor space. Casa Corazón is situated in the heart of San Juan’s Food & Art District, only a few steps from the Condado beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Casa Corazón comfortably fits 5 people. I invite you see all the pictures of our stylish house. THE PROPERTY: Has a fully-equipped, renovated kitchen with brand new appliances. It has a stove, oven, microwave and a full refrigerator. Also, the apartment has a 50" Smart TV, A/C in the master bedroom, Wi-Fi access and BBQ. The house also has a full laundry in-unit with washer and dryer. BEDROOMS: All the bedrooms have a a/c. The master bedrooms have a queen size bed with a 50" tv. The others two lovely bedrooms have a full side beds in each room with Wabi Sabi/Vintage decoration. There's plenty of space, small workstations in the master room & the second bedrooms, good energy, plants and light. There's no places like this in this area! Also, there's a big table with 5 chairs in the living room, a kitchen, a comfy couch, everything else you may need to feel good! DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT: The house is 5 minutes from the Luis Muños Marin Airport in Isla Verde. If you're not feeling like leaving the house today, it's more than nice here! You can stay home all day long and chill out in the terrace with the hammock, read a book or work from here. Other things to note The replacement charge for lost or damaged keys or garage beepers is $100 each For safety reasons, the garage doors will only open when guests are accompanied by a car. It is not advisable to walk in Due to allergies, pets are not allowed on the premises Please keep sliding doors closed at all times to prevent mosquitoes from entering We kindly request that you turn off the Air Conditioners & lights when you leave the property. There will be a $100 deep cleaning fee to remove odors if any smoking (of anything) is done inside the unit. Smoking is also prohibited!
