The 2nd floor offers an open-air design with fully-equipped kitchen, new-appliances, large granite island, coffee station with Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffees and teas, cookware, cooking condiments, and more, cozy dining and living room with 52” smart TV, and outdoor balcony. Third-floor has 3 bedrooms: primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and 43" LED smart TV; two guest bedrooms (full and twin bed) share a hallway bathroom; all beds have new memory mattresses. There are 1-2 bathrooms on every floor and washer and dryer. Guest have complete and private use of the entire townhouse. All adults staying in the townhouse must be identified. Additional charges: Additional cleaning fee for 3+ people. $100 fee for missing garage door opener.
