Peaceful, established neighborhood near historic downtown Whitewood with a private entrance. This quaint house sits on a hill with a .30 acre lot, a beautiful view of the hills, swing, and fire pit. An elevated deck comes off the dining room and has a table and both gas and charcoal grills available for outdoor dining. Some highlights include a full kitchen, indoor fireplace, several bay windows, laundry room, and large single car garage! Window AC units only in 2 rooms. The space The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the smaller upstairs bedroom has a crib. Downstairs bedrooms each have twin bunk beds. Air mattresses are available for each room and can be set up in any of the rooms upon request. There is no central air; only a window unit in the small upstairs bedroom and one in the living room. Any additional guests are welcome to sleep in the living room, and linens can be provided for the couch. There is an outdoor cat on the premises. Please only smoke outdoors. Guest access Private entrance through front door, deck door, and garage. The family that owns the home will be out of town, but available for calls and texts.
