Perfect for longer stays. Since it is a basement apartment, there can be some carryover noise from upstairs. Parking for one small car in the garage or in the driveway, or both! (up to 2 as long as the smaller one fits in the garage). Guest access You'll have access to all of the apartment. The only shared spaces are the garage. There are no shared spaces inside the apartment.
