Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee, and immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation time. ✘ Furniture Movement: Not permitted and can result in a fee. ✘ Toilet Use: Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet.
