The space A lovely one bed apartment with brand new zip & link bed, enabling either a super king bed or two large single beds. The bedroom has plenty of storage and hanging space, side table, bedside lamp, hairdryer, mirror, blinds & curtains. The apartment is ideally located for train enthusiasts & for guests looking to take advantage of the close proximity of the famous Liverpool - Manchester train line. The bedroom & living room have an enviable, elevated view of the historic Rainhill train station. The living room has a large sofa that converts to a comfortable double bed, a large modern TV & Wi-Fi, blinds & curtains. The kitchen/dining area has a brand new fitted kitchen with all appliances that you would expect; washer/dryer, electric single oven & hob, extractor fan, integrated fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee making facilities. Iron, ironing board & airer. The dining area has seating for four guests, with kitchen utensils/crockery to suit. The shower room has a modern tiled shower area with chrome shower and glass screens. There is a toilet and large sink with storage drawers below & large, light-up mirror above. Guest access Private, secure access on the ground floor leads up the stairs to the first floor apartment (Please note, as it is a Victorian property, the stairs may seem a little steep to some guests). Apartment keys are kept in the secure lockbox, located at the top of the flight of stairs, outside the apartment door. Parking in the terrace is permitted free of charge between the hours of 6pm and 10am Monday- Friday and all day Sunday. There are two car parks opposite our apartment ( The Cookhouse and The Commercial) for additional hours parking - fees apply. The car park at the Cookhouse pub allows 4 hours free car parking by inputting your registration inside the pub.
