Here you will find a SPA center, mineral pools, the famous Oberlaa pastry shop, Bila, BIPA, Hofer, Tabak, and more. The space The room is part of our three-room apartment. The room is bright, spacious, cool in the summer and warm in the cold season. The apartment is located on a street that starts from the stop of metro station U1 and after 10 minutes walking distance ends up at a small river with an alley for pedestrians, cyclists, playgrounds, stadium and a lot of nature. The joy is that you can enjoy the practicality of getting close to the city center, but also to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
