Short walk to the conference center, restaurants, etc. at base. This is the condo you will want to stay in time and again. Completely open concept living area and kitchen, this space is spacious with stylish furnishings and comfortable beds. Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances and a custom made table to seat 8. Two bedrooms and a loft, the master has a king bed and full, ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has two beds, two queen beds with a full, ensuite bathroom. The loft has two single beds. Sleeper sofa in den. There is a third full bathroom on the first level, as well. Deck and stairs on front and back of the property. A short walk takes you to the resort at Boyne Mountain and the waterpark, shops, restaurants and spa services . Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain. Two cars are allowed per rental unit. All others, including trailers and boats, are to park just across the green next to the tennis courts in overflow parking. We live in the area and are available for questions before, during or after your stay. There is much to do at Boyne Mountain. Once you arrive, you'd never need to leave to have a wholly enjoyable time. But, you'll want to jump on a bike and ride the bike trail to Boyne City...easy for all enthusiasts, young and older. Young State Park in Boyne City and on Lake Charlevoix is incredibly beautiful. Tons of shops and restaurants in Boyne City. Also, explore all the surrounding towns. No ubers here. You'll want a car to go exploring. We rent many condos in the Mountain Villa complex and in Disciples Village.
