Other things to note Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee. **No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home. Leave the beach at the beach, please :) There's an outdoor shower in the back corner of the patio to wash the sand off before entering the home or hot tub. Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay. Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying.
