Welcome to La Villa Jersey, a bright and spacious 150 m² house, ideally located 100 meters from the beach on the beautiful west coast of Cotentin. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, the house is fully equipped for a stress-free vacation: linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel and a nice welcome pack are included. The property consists of: On the ground floor: • Garage • Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and summer kitchen equipped with freezer • Large fitted kitchen open to the living and dining room • Bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower • Separate restroom • Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) Upstairs: • Two bedrooms with double bed (140 x 200) and walk-in closets • One bedroom with a single bed (possibility to convert it into a double bed) • Mezzanine with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space • Bathroom with bathtub and toilet Outside: • Sunny terrace with outdoor seating • Large barbecue for friendly meals More information: • The cleaning fee is mandatory, to be paid on the day of your arrival (€160). • Linens and towels are included.
