Cozy but large accommodation for the big family or group of friends. With only 2 minutes to Gränby center, a 4H farm just across the street, proximity to nature and cycling distance to Uppsala center, this is a townhouse to enjoy! Close to IFU arena and bus connection to the university and SLU. The space You are greeted by a cozy garden and patio right at the entrance. The house consists of three floors. Entrance floor: kitchen with dining area for four people, one bedroom with double bed, one office with sofa bed for two people, one toilet and large living room with dining area for up to eight people. From the living room, you can access the garden in the back. Upstairs: a toilet with shower, a bedroom with double bed and balcony and a bedroom with a smaller double bed (160 cm). Lower level: a large living room with TV and a laundry room. Guest access The whole house is available except for one room upstairs, a storage room, and a room in the basement. Other things to note No smoking in or outside the house! You have to go out on the main street to smoke.
