Mt. Konocti Room

Primary residance: one male cat. Wheelchair access, full bathroom. Private room w/keys, queen bed, washer/dryer, iron/board, heat/AC, purifers, fire extinguisher, 1st aid kit, carbon monoxide/smoke detector, security, hair dryer The space A three bedroom rooms two for quest and one for host. There is two full bathrooms one for quest: to share and other for host. All space on the property is for your use except the shed. You do have excess to garage for washer and dryer. Guest access The full double lot is available for use except the shade in the lower yard, and host bedroom with host full bathroom. During your stay You can reach me by text. Other things to note If you want to garden there is water hoses on every side of the house and yard. Septic tank: Only Scott toilet paper goes into the toilet.
