Welcome to Kiefern Haus, our little gem in the leafy suburb of Pinelands. Pinelands is known as the country's first ever garden city and it is a green, peaceful suburb, centrally located, just 12km from Cape Town International airport and Cape Town CBD, which makes it the perfect space to plan your visit to the Mother City. It is also in walking distance to Howards Centre, where you can find all amenities needed for your stay. The space **Please note that pool and braai/barbeque area, and use of front garden is only for use by guests in the main house** **Please note that there are stairs in the studio** Our upmarket trendy studio is the perfect place to relax, enjoy and explore Cape Town and surroundings. The place offers plenty of natural light and you can enjoy the stunning mountain views from the comfort of the king size bed or the couch. Relax by the indoor fireplace available for those cold days of winter or the Air Conditioning in those hot days of summer. The space is also fitted with TV, Netflix and Wifi free to use by the guests. There is a small kitchenette downstairs, with a stove, fridge and microwave for the guest to use exclusively. Guest access The studio is adjacent to the main house but totally independent from it. Park inside the garage and get straight into our studio, without any hassle or stress, which makes our place convenient and safe. Other things to note The unit has stairs. The unit is attached to the main house. Use of braai area and pool are ONLY for use by guests in the MAIN house.
