This Family friendly rental, features 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests including children and infants. A Resort Registration fee will be added to each booking - the cost is $16.95 per person ages 6 and up. FUNPLEX passes are not included and must be purchased directly from the resort. Must be 25+ to rent - no exceptions. A rental agreement must be signed for all bookings. Must be 25+ to rent. No Smoking. Single Family Occupancy. All bookings are subject to applicable taxes, services fees and Sherkston Shores Resort access fee of $16.95 per person ages 6+. The guest is responsible to accurately account for the correct number of guests at time of booking. The quoted rate includes the unit rental, golf cart, and all applicable taxes and fees. These costs will be added into your total at checkout.  A golf cart can be included with the rental for an additional cost of $75 per day and must be rented for the entirety of the stay. FUNPLEX passes are not included in the rental rate and can be purchased directly through the resort at the guest’s discretion. Other things to note Note: Sherkston has implemented a $16.95/person (ages 6+) per stay fee that gives you access to the resort amenities NOT including the pool which is not included in rental prices. This rate is in addition to the rental rate. You must purchase a water park pass at the welcome center upon arrival at the resort. Linens are not provided, please bring your own pillows, sheets and towels. The golf cart is an additional $75 per night to rent(it can only be rented for the duration of your stay). The cottage and golf carts must be left in the same condition as it was found. Garbage must be disposed of in the appropriate drop off location in order to receive your deposit back. No smoking. No pets. No parties. You must be 25 or older to make this reservation. NEW- Only those registered are permitted per stay for rentals. Renters are not permitted days guests.
