A mere 10 minutes to historic Jonesborough, & just a skosh farther to some of the nation's best fishing, hiking, boating, NASCAR racing & live music. Wake to the sounds of bird songs, and unwind round an open fire in the evening. The arts are in full swing with a guest guitar & Ukulele, painting supplies on hand & antique story books to complement the artistic pulse of Jonesborough. The space Entire home and outdoor space to yourself. Peace, quite and privacy. Enough space to park a 25 ft RV and two additional cars. Enjoy the spacious inside open space concept between a living room and kitchen, with a small workspace sitting at the window. The master bedroom is at the back of the house, and you travel through the music room to get to that as well as the bathroom. There is a fully extendable and very comfortable twins futons in the music room. The couch is 82 inches long and easy to sleep on if you prefer. There’s also a roll-away bed that’s best for a child or smaller person for comfort’s sake. Guest access Front house and 3/4 acre lot at you disposal. Please stay out of the back house, it’s still not renovated. It is boarded up and off access. Feel free to enjoy the yard, corn hole, horseshoes, and the outdoor barbecue dining area along with the fire pit. Enough wood will be provided for each trip for your first fire, please consider replacing it for the next guests. Essentially, it’s a two bedroom house.
