The arts are in full swing with a guest guitar & Ukulele, painting supplies on hand & antique story books to complement the artistic pulse of Jonesborough. Entire home and outdoor space to yourself. Peace, quite and privacy. Enough space to park a 25 ft RV and two additional cars. Enjoy the spacious inside open space concept between a living room and kitchen, with a small workspace sitting at the window. The master bedroom is at the back of the house, and you travel through the music room to get to that as well as the bathroom. There is a fully extendable and very comfortable twins futons in the music room. The couch is 82 inches long and easy to sleep on if you prefer. There’s also a roll-away bed that’s best for a child or smaller person for comfort’s sake. Front house and 3/4 acre lot at you disposal. Please stay out of the back house, it’s still not renovated. It is boarded up and off access. Feel free to enjoy the yard, corn hole, horseshoes, and the outdoor barbecue dining area along with the fire pit. Enough wood will be provided for each trip for your first fire, please consider replacing it for the next guests. Essentially, it’s a two bedroom house. Feel free to reach out anytime. Enjoy the greenbelt directly across the street, and the Appalachian Mountain views as you drive in from any direction. Enough parking for a 25 ft RV AND RWI CARS OR 3-4 cars, please park toward the front of the property
