Modern 80 sqm apartment on 2 levels, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 1st floor of a renovated period building (NO lift). The property is located a few minutes from the Foro Italico and the Central Station (10 minutes by bus), an ideal starting point for visiting the beauties of the center of Palermo. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Shared swimming pool included! *Shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The space The inside is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL: - LIVING ROOM with entrance, double sofa bed and stairs to access the upper level; -> UPPER LEVEL: - KITCHEN/LIVING with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and 32-inch TV; - BEDROOM with double bed; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet. -> SHARED SWIMMING POOL. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the bedroom and in the kitchen), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Baby cot available. ATTENTION: there are internal stairs to reach the upper level which could be dangerous if traveling with children. PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September, in the following time slots: 10:00-14:00 / 16:00-19:00. Compliance with the regulations on site is mandatory.
