A romantic retreat in a delightful rural setting, our newly converted barn is a perfect for a relaxing break in East Cornwall. Your own private garden and over an acre of rewilded grounds to explore down to the River Lynher, with fishing rights. Easy access to local market towns, the coast at Looe, Whitsand bay, historic Plymouth, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. Can be rented with our other property Wuggle Cottage, just across the lane. Please note we can not accept bookings with babies/children. The space During the day it's peace, quiet and birdsong. At night it's peace, quiet and very dark. Ideal for a get away from it all break. You will find a welcome pack, a cosy lounge with a woodburner and a comfortable kingsize bed, which can form two singles on request. Essentials (milk, bread, tea etc) and in colder months a bag of logs will be there to get you started. Guest access We will keep out of your way, but you'll likely spot us working in the grounds, walking the dog or topping up birdfeeders. Other things to note Sarah is a qualified Pilate instructor teaching at three local venues and is happy to book you a place. A laundry service, evening meal on arrival and an electric car charger are available on request. We use our own borehole water, Solar PV and burn our own wood in the logburners.
