After a long day of exploring, our cabin is the perfect place to kick back and relax with family and friends. Complete with a newly renovated kitchen, wraparound deck patio, open concept living area, spacious loft, game room basement; there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy La Vista. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Loft Area: King Bed, 2 Single Beds, 1 Futon Bed Outdoor Living: Wraparound deck patio, outdoor dining set, outdoor patio set, gas BBQ grill, additional patio area located outside of basement Indoor Living: 2 TVs, DVD player, board games, books, basement game room with ping pong table and foosball table Kitchen: Newly renovated with all new Samsung appliances (refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave hood, 18" compact dishwasher), Keurig, drip coffee machine, rice cooker, slow cooker, portable ice maker, blender, cooking essentials General: Free WIFI, ceiling fans, split A/C and heating, gas fireplace, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, washer & dryer You will have full access to the home with the exception of any locked supply cabinets and storage crawl space. We will not be on-site, but will be available via telephone and text. Located in the private community of Pine Mountain Lake with access to Lake, Championship Golf Course, Seasonal Pool, Tennis & Pickleball, Equestrian Center, Shooting Range, Archery Range, and Campgrounds. Please note, all guests are required to check in at the Pine Mountain Lake front gate for entrance into the community. ID is verified and must match the reservation. A parking/guest pass is required to be purchased at the gate and is assessed per vehicle for $46. Pass is good for stays up to 7 days.
