Welcome to your peaceful oasis on the ocean! This stunning home is nestled on a private three-acre property, providing the perfect getaway for not just one, but two families. With its breathtaking South West exposure (sunset galore) beach access with over 360ft of waterfront on the Salish Sea and a variety of entertainment both inside and outside the home, this idyllic retreat promises an unforgettable vacation experience. You are only 10 mins to Lund 15 mins to Townsite 20 mins to Powell River The space While the home is equipped to host 11 people, we think the perfect group size is 8. We’re happy to host all 11, but keep in mind the home will be a lot cozier. Please note the room with the futon is attached to the upstairs bathroom, in order to get to the room with the twin and queen sized bed you need to pass through this room (please refer to floorplan on listing) *wheelchair accessible* please note that our home has the kitchen, living room, dining room, primary bedroom and a bathroom all on the main floor, there are a couple steps to enter the front door. Upon request we have a wheelchair ramp that we will put in place prior to your arrival should someone in your group need it! We DO NOT allow oyster picking on our beach Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, beach, and everything in between, as well as free WiFi, parking (enough space for 3 larger vehicles or 4 smaller), and full use of of your own washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that is not toilet paper. Please keep in mind that we are on a well. We do have a system in place that releases sulfur prior to coming through the pipes, and while it's the best solution possible, it is not always perfect! Due to all of the extra minerals in our water, it can occasionally have a sulfur smell to it. We have a water dispenser located in the mud room with spring water for your convenience as well.
