kremsoase: amazing view

The kremsoase is a family-run guesthouse in the middle of the old town since 2023. Below the Piarist Church and located directly on the World Heritage Trail, we offer three apartments with fantastic views of Krems, Stein and the Wachau. Amazing View is located on the upper floor, has a size of 85sqm and a great sun terrace with views. Sunny and bright, quiet - and yet absolutely central. Recommended for 4 adults or a family with up to three kids. The space Amazing view has a large kitchen with exit to the terrace, bedroom A with double bed (140/200) and small sofa bed (100x190), bedroom B with double bed (140/200), wardrobe, toilet, bathroom. A fireplace can also be used (but not when staying with children under 10 years!). Since we lived in this house as a family until 2022, this apartment still houses many of our books, magazines and games - so it is very cozy even on rainy days. Guest access The apartment can be entered via the common courtyard, a staircase with cloakroom leads to the upper floor. (Stairs can be made childproof , a barrier is available.
