Home in Cardigan

A lovely bright garden room at the front of our family home, you will have your own private front door, parking, garden area and ensuite shower room. There is a sofa bed, table and chairs, a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and utensils. Located in the village of St Dogmaels, with views of the river Teifi and within walking distance of all the local attractions and amenities, inclduing Poppit beach and Cardigan town just a mile away. The space The room comprises of a sofa bed which can be made up into a small double bed, it is a comfortable sofa bed with added matress topper for comfort, four pillows and a blanket. We have provided a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and utensils, plus tea and coffee for your use. There is a table and chairs for dining/workspace, ample plug sockets and wifi. The ensuite shower room comprises of a wc, sink and shower with overhead and hand held shower head. there will be towels, bath mats and soap for your use. Outside you will have your own garden space with patio table and chairs, there is also a small shed which you can store your bike/outdoor equipment. Guest access You will be able to self check in and have direct access to your room, garden and ensuite. During your stay I am happy to help with any queries and also happy to set up the sofa bed for you if you would rather not, but equally happy to leave you uninterrupted in your own space. Other things to note Please note that although this is a self contained private space for you it is still a part of our house and therefore inevitably we may hear a few noises, as would be expected in any shared building. We will endeavour to be as quiet and considerate as possible of course as I'm sure you will too, thank you.
